We thank you for choosing Little Lions for your diapering needs. We strive to keep you happy so that you will continue to make Little Lions your first choice. Therefore, we offer the following return and exchange options.
Unconditional guarantee – Within 30 days of purchase, any new, unopened, unused item can be returned for an exchange (for an item of the same price) or refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15% and original shipping costs. You must obtain an RMA number from little lions before return is made, and all items must be in new, unused, unopened condition for return. Please send a copy of the original packing slip with your return. If an RMA is not obtained, or if item is received in a condition other than described in your return request, a refund will not be given.
Satisfaction guarantee – With in 30 days of purchase of any item (except special order items), you may return it to us for any reason after trying the item if you are unsatisfied with it. Upon receipt of the item we will send a refund of your purchase price minus a restocking fee of 40% and original shipping costs. No items will be refunded if bleach or fabric softener were used on them! You must obtain an RMA number from little lions before return is made, and items must be in good condition. Please send a copy of the original packing slip with your return. If an RMA is not obtained, or if item is received in a condition other than described in your return request, a refund will not be given.
Return of Defective Items – We stand by every item we sell. We hope you will never have a problem with an order, but if you find a manufacturer defect or shortage please contact us immediately. All defects or shortages must be reported by phone or email within 15 days of receipt. You must obtain an RMA number from little lions before return is made, and all items must be in unaltered/ unmodified original defective condition. Please send a copy of the original packing slip with your return. In the event of a return due to a defective item, we will reimburse shipping the product back to us one is has arrived to us. If an RMA is not obtained, or if item is received in a condition other than described in your return request, an exchange will not be given. If it is determined that the item is not defective, it will be subject to our Satisfaction guarantee policy.
To receive an RMA please email us with your request to RMA@little-lions.com. Please include the following information: Name and email address Date of purchase Items being returned Reason for return Method of reimbursement requested (store credit, exchange, or refund)
Mail the return to Little Lions, 3915 Mission Ave, Suite D-1 PMB413, Oceanside, CA 92058. Include with your return your RMA number, name, email address and method of reimbursement needed for fasted processing.
Items returned without the above information will have a delay in their processing as we track down the information, items we cannot track down the information needed will sit until we are contacted with enough information to process the return.
All Returns are processed Weekly, generally on Mondays. If your return is received on Tuesday, the return will be processed on our normal return processing day, not the day it is received.
Restocking fees are not charged on exchanges
Shipping Addresses If you check out through paypal using an old address, and the package is delivered to the old address, it is your responsibility to obtain the package. If you contact us within a few hours of ordering or immediately after you check out, we should be able to change the address. We will always reply via email that we will change the address. If you don’t receive a response, check that you clicked send and try emailing again or calling.
Returns of Non-defective items and shipping- clarification on the Satisfaction Guarantee and unconditional Guarantee policies above- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping but after the return it no longer qualified for free shipping, our flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount, just as if you had ordered the amount you kept. If your order qualified for free shipping and after the return still qualified for free shipping, no shipping charges are deducted. If you return an entire order that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping costs to ship the package to you from your refund. This amount will likely be higher than the flat rate shipping. If it is a partial return, shipping costs will be prorated as stated above.
