For Continental US order under $60 are $5.95
For Continental US orders over $60 - free shipping
APO boxes- same as Continental US rates.
International and Canadian orders- due to unacceptable delays in shipping and the amount of time used in dealing with incorrect postage charges, I am not currently accepting any additional International orders.
We make every effort to ship your order within 48 business hours. We usually ship Monday through Friday, if you place an order Friday it will likely ship on Monday. Our current expected ship time is about 7 business days as we catch up from our move.
We generally ship Priority Mail or DHL. Occasionally we do send items parcel post, particularly to PO and APO boxes. If you have a PO box, please include a street address in the additional instructions area of your order
Occasionally we run out of stock of an item. If this happens, we ship the out of stock item as soon as we receive it or we may substitute an upgraded item in it’s place. If the delay is going to be more than a few days than your orders normal shipping time, we will contact you.
CHECKOUT ISSUES and FAQ’s:
Do I have to pay with paypal? NO.
You do not need to pay through paypal even if you have a paypal account. It is an option, but not required. If you choose to pay with credit card not through paypal, on the left hand side before you log onto paypal, there is a button that has ‘continue’ without registering as a link. Click there and it will prompt you to enter your credit card info and address.
Can I pay with check or money order? YES
We will accept checks or money orders. We ship orders after payment clears. Please print the items ordered, such as printing the shopping cart page. Add $5.95 for shipping to orders under $60, and VA residents add 5% sales tax. Include your address as well and email address or phone number in case there is a problem with your order.
How do I choose local pick up? We do love to meet local moms and have local pick up or delivery, however there isn’t a local pick up option for shipping. Shipping can be refunded if paid online or not charged if paid for in person.
What if I had it sent to a wrong address accidentally? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your address at time of checkout. IF your order is sent via USPS, there is not a guaranteed way to get your package back to us or delivered to you. Sometimes it may be forwarded if your move was recent, but often it will be delivered to the old address. FedEx, DHL, and UPS packages can usually be re-directed at a cost to us. This is very time consuming for us and we reserve the right to charge for our time in doing this in addition to the costs charged us for the re-direction.
Why are is it taking so long for me to get my order or hear back from email?
A few reasons- the high volume of email and orders take time to answer and complete we have received since moving. We are working diligently at catching up while still maintaining a relatively normal life for our kids who have just been plucked from one side of the country to the other. If I could work on catching up for 24 hours, we’d be caught up in 2 days. As it is, expect about a week.
The other reason is we have had a problem with items disappearing from our driveway, even in daytime hours- our son’s ride on toy and moving boxes (some not empty). For this reason, it is not feasible to use carrier pickup and leave the packages unattended for them to be picked up and as you can probably guess, a trip to the PO with 4 kids isn’t always possible.
I assure you we are working to change this and will find a way to restore our daily shipping and 48 hour ship times as soon as we can.
Why didn’t I get an email confirmation of my order?
Because we have a pathetic website and shopping cart. We do not have an automated email generating system which sends out order details. Paypal emails receipts if you use paypal or if you include your email address when you don’t use paypal. You may need to check your spam folder.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will get an email via paypal or from DHL with shipment information.
