They are made from 2 layers of polyester knit with a breathable, waterproof coating sandwiched in-between. This allows moisture from within the diaper to 'evaporate' through the tiny holes in the fabric, helping to keep baby cooler and drier.

What we like about them:
The PUL is stretchy and trim fitting
The sandwich PUL doesn’t have a plastic-y feel to the inside
The velcro is a flat velcro which is less tempting for toddler to pull at it and less likely to be caught on cloths when you’re trying to fit a super fluffy bum into pants that a hair too small. Yeah, it happens here, too- we pack a pair of pant knowing they fit last week and then when changing the babe out of the house you realize .. Uh oh, they don’t fit so well anymore!
